Keys 2 Empower & Grow is designed to be another tool to support leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and character-building skills.
We offer a tool to support our youth as they navigate better ways to handle these issues that will make a positive impact.
Can complement programs such as:

In 2020, an estimated 4.1 million adolescents aged 12 to 17 in the United States had at least one major depressive episode. This number represented 17.0% of the U.S. population aged 12 to 17.
NIH research seeks boys and girls ages 8-17 with anxiety and/or depression.
Bullying is unwanted aggressive behavior by another person or group of people. Bullying also includes cyberbullying.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),suicide is now the eighth leading cause of death in children aged 5–11.
