Welcome to our Educational Web App for Youth- Keys 2 Empower & Grow! We provide a unique and interactive platform for young learners to explore and learn in a safe environment. Before using our web app, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our web app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Our web app is available for use by children under the age of 18 years, provided that their parents/guardians or educators create and manage their accounts. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent/guardian or educator, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
2. Access to the Web App
Upon creating an account, you will be granted access to our web app for a period of one year. Your access will be terminated upon the expiration of your subscription. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated any of these terms and conditions.
3. Intellectual Property
Our web app contains proprietary content that is owned by us (Global Tendo La Upendo, Inc) or our licensors. You agree that you will not use or reproduce any of our content outside of the product itself. You also agree that you will not stream or distribute any of our videos without our express written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to our web app or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on our web app for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our web app.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing for our Service at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Your continued use of our web app following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
