Thank you for considering our educational web app for youth- Keys 2 Empower &
Grow which is powered by Global Tendo La Upendo, Inc. We are committed to
protecting the privacy of our (“users”), especially children under the age of 13. This
privacy policy agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how we collect, use, and protect the
information we receive from our users.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information from parents/guardians or educators, including their names and email address. We also collect information about the child, including their age and sex. We do not collect any other personal information about your child.
Use of Information
We use the personal information collected from parents/guardians or educators
to create and maintain user accounts, provide customer service, and
communicate with users about their accounts and other services. We use the
information about the child to personalize their experience with our web app
and to track their progress.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties,
except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. After
the one-year access period, we will delete all personal information related to the
user account, unless the user chooses to renew their subscription.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures to secure our web app and users’ personal information
Parental or Educators Control
Parents/guardians or educators have the right to review, edit, or delete their child’s personal information, as well as to refuse the further collection or use of their child’s information. Parents/guardians or educators can request to access, modify, or delete their child’s information by contacting us at info@keys2empower.org
Updates to Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify users of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement for updates.
